Pacific Islands

Ingredients:

1. 30 ml – Bacardi

2. 30 ml – Smirnoff

3. A dash of Citrus Blue

4. Lime juice

5. Club Sode

Preparation:

1. Pour 30 ml of Bacardi into a glass.

2. Add 30 ml of Smirnoff to the same glass.

3. Add a dash of Citrus Blue to the glass.

4. Add lime juice to the glass, till the glass is half-full (or half-empty, as you like it). Stir the mixture as you do this.

5. Top up the glass with club soda.

6. Drop ice into the drink. (If you don’t have money for the real estate and want only the ocean, skip the ice.)
