Unfortunately the word “remix” brings to mind sad rapes of good songs.
Fortunately from time to time comes an album that reassures you that the word “remix” is not some four-letter word.
With this wonderful album Bruce Springsteen does what he is best at – fuses folk with mainstream rock. In the process he creates a wonderful sound which stays with you long after you have locked the car and the heat in the engine has cooled.
